Our History
Our company began in the mid-1960s with the development of a small apatment community in Oregon. What started as a single project grew into a long-term effort to build and operate rnetal housing with a focus on qualtiy and practicality.
Over the following decades, that foundation expanded into the development and management of communities across multiple markets. In total, more than 1,500 apartment units have been built and operated, many of which continue to be part of our portfolio today.
Our Approach
From the beginning, the goal has been simple: provide quality, affordable housing in communities designed for everyday living. Rather than large, high-density complexes, many of our properties were developed with a more practical approach—focusing on functional layouts, comfortable living spaces, and a more balanced community design. This creates a more livable environment while maintaining long-term durability and ease of maintenance.
